01How much is the deposit?+
The standard refundable deposit is €500.
02Which documents do I need?+
A passport or identity document and valid driving licence. The minimum driver age is 25.
03How many kilometres are included?+
Up to 250 km per day are included. The excess mileage price is shown for each vehicle.
04How are 24 hours and late returns calculated?+
Rental is counted in 24-hour blocks. The first waiting hour is free. If the delay exceeds one hour, the whole delay is charged: economy €5/hour, comfort €10/hour and business €15/hour. From 4 hours late, an extra full day is charged.
05Where can I find my voucher?+
After sending the booking you get a number and voucher link. You can also open /en/reserva and enter the number from the same browser.
06Is insurance included?+
Basic coverage is included. Specific conditions are explained before confirmation.
07What is the fuel policy?+
The car is supplied with a full tank and must also be returned full.
08Can I receive the car at the airport?+
Yes. Airport delivery is arranged on request; it is not pickup from a branch inside the airport.
09Which payment methods do you accept?+
We accept cash or bank transfer. The method is confirmed before handover.
10How much does delivery or collection cost?+
Barcelona and airport: €20 delivery and €20 collection. Badalona: €40 delivery and €40 collection. For another city, enter the destination and we will confirm the price by chat.
